Why do Deliveryman.ai needs a domain?​

The reason is simple: we need a domain to create email sending accounts, which are then used to send cold emails.

What type of Domain TLD gives the best results?​

TLD means Top-Level Domain. When you send cold emails, your sending domain matters a lot. It is best to use strong TLD extensions like .com or .co. You should avoid extensions like .xyz, .io, .top, & similar ones. Spammers often use these cheaper extensions because they cost less, & spam filters treat them as high risk. This can hurt your deliverability. To stay safe & get better inbox placement, it is always recommended to use a .com domain.

Why are domains from "Host100" & "Godaddy" failing to connect?​

Host100 & GoDaddy add their own NS records by default. You cannot have two different NS records at the same time. To fix this, you need to contact their support team & ask them to remove their NS records & add only our NS records. This is required for adding your domains.

What is domain reputation & how does it work?​

When you first connect your domain, it goes into the domain reputation building stage for 14 days to build trust & prepare your domain for real cold email campaigns. After this you can start sending out cold emails. But even then your domain reputation & email warmup doesn't stop. We keep doing this activity daily for each of your domain. Do I need to set up or warm up multiple inboxes?​

Nope. You bring one root domain, and we handle the subdomain creation, email creations, inbox setup, warm-up, and health monitoring for you at no additional cost.

How many emails can I send per day?​

Right now, you can send up to 100 emails per day for each domain.

Can I buy domains directly through DeliverymanAI?​

Coming soon! Domain purchasing and setup will be available directly inside the dashboard.

Can I connect my own domains or DeliverymanAI will provide domain?​

DeliverymanAI does not provide domains at the momemt. You can connect your own root domain. We’ll handle all subdomain + inbox creation from there. You maintain control, we manage the complexity.

Does it support Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP??​

We don’t use Gmail or Outlook. Our system is optimized for custom SMTP with dedicated IP rotation and advanced warm-up logic, much better for targeted outreach.

How is this different from traditional warm-up tools like Lemwarm or Mailreach?​

Those tools only warm up existing inboxes. We go beyond that:

  • We create, manage, and warm up inboxes at scale
  • We rotate sending across many inboxes
  • We auto-replace inboxes that are blacklisted or flagged It's a complete cold email infrastructure and not just warm-up.

How do I set up my first cold email campaign?​

It’s simple:

  • Add your domain
  • Upload your contact list
  • Add your email sequence
  • We handle everything else: subdomains, inboxes, warm-up, sending, and tracking.

Can I personalize emails at scale?​

Yes. We use formats like {{First Name}}, {{Company Name}}, etc. You can conditionally include any column from your uploaded sheet and change parts of the message based on your lead data.

How do I know if my emails are landing in inbox or spam?​

We run regular seed tests across major providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) to track your placement and alert you if issues arise.

What’s the typical response rate users get?​

Response rates vary by targeting and message quality, but many users see 5-8% reply rates with well-written, relevant emails.

Do you rotate inboxes automatically?​

Yes. Each campaign is split across many inboxes. Rotation happens automatically even mid-campaign to maintain high deliverability.

Can I connect multiple domains to one campaign?​

Yes. You can run a campaign across multiple domains and inboxes for volume and deliverability scaling.

Can I get flagged or banned for spam using your tool?​

If you follow best practices, no. Our system is designed to avoid spam flags. But if you send poor-quality, irrelevant emails at high volume, any system can be flagged. We help you stay safe.

How should I structure my cold email sequence?​

We suggest:

  • 1 intro email
  • 2-3 short follow-ups
  • Breaks of 2-3 days between touches Keep it short, relevant, and value-driven.

What is the mapping field while uploading a contact list?​

Mapping fields means matching the columns in your upload file (like Name, Email, or Company) with the fields in the platform. This helps the system understand your data correctly. The Email field is the most important because it is required for sending emails. You can also add custom fields if you want to include more details about your contacts. These mapped fields can be used in your cold email sequences to build personalization within your emails.

Can I use my own dedicated IP address instead of your shared pool?​

All of your emails are sent through our dedicated IP pools by default. We do not use shared IPs. We warm up our own IP pools & manage them to give you the best deliverability. If you were to use your own dedicated IP address, you would also need to warm it up yourself. This only makes sense if you are sending millions of emails.

Is there any content (like specific industries or topics) that I am not allowed to send?​

What's not allowed with DeliverymanAI

  • Gambling, sweepstakes, promotions, betting – Banned content includes any gambling or betting activities
  • Adult/sexual content – Pornographic or sexually explicit content is banned
  • Weapons/explosives – Promotion of weapons, ammunition or explosives is banned
  • Tobacco products – Any tobacco or e-cigarette products are banned
  • Drugs – Illegal drugs or illicit drug paraphernalia are banned
  • Political messaging – Sending on behalf of political causes is disallowed
  • Hacking/illegal tech – Promotion of hacking tools or related illicit services is banned
  • High-risk finance – Schemes like penny stocks, unregulated forex trading advice, payday loans, etc., are banned
  • Get-rich-quick/MLM – “Work-at-home” or “get rich quick” schemes (multi-level marketing pitches) are banned

What is content request approval?​

Content approval request is when you’re trying to send out an email that is not very compliant, could harm the end user, is scamming or phishing, or is related to industries that are not allowed to cold email. Those emails are flagged as content approval required. You can request the approval, & our team will ensure it is checked. If it is all right, we will approve it, & then you can go ahead & send it.

What is a sender system tags variable?​

Sender system tags pull information from the platform or your account, allowing you to add current details to your emails. This helps take personalization to the next level & keeps every message unique, accurate & effective.

What integrations do you support?​

We are in the process of integrating Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, N8N & Zapier. These integrations will be available soon to help you sync, manage, & organize your contacts more efficiently. You can also request for your favorite integrations from your integrations page.

How do I cancel my subscription or change my plan?​

For Cancellation: Subscriptions → Your Billing → View Invoice & Manage cards → Cancel Plan → Confirm

For Changing your plan: Subscriptions → Select Plan → Complete the Payment → Confirm

What happens to my account if I stop paying or cancel my subscription?​

If you cancel your subscription or do not pay for it, all your campaigns will stop running. The domains you added will also stop building reputation & warmup. After some time, these domains will be removed from your account, & you will need to add them again later.

Are there any extra fees for things like high data usage or extra support?​

Absolutely No. There are no extra fees or hidden charges when you use DeliverymanAI. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you have an affiliate program where I can earn money by referring others?​

Yes, we do an affiliate program where you can earn money by referring others. You can simply join our affiliate program & earn up to 40% on every sale. You earn 20% for the first 5 sales, & then 40 percent on all sales after that. You get your own unique link, promote it, & receive your commissions directly in your PayPal account.
